H Rider users have stable careers.
No credit top-up is required for food delivery except for passenger and parcel delivery services. Riders can minimize or maximize the screen of the H-system.

Before installing the system, please update the operating system to the latest version.

Rider installs app
Once approved, the driver adds the app to their mobile screen.





1. Log in with the approved rider code.
2. Tap Allow to specify location.
3. Tap the Share icon.
4. Tap Add to Home Screen.
5. Name your personal app.




1. Log in with the approved rider code.

3. Tap Install App.
4. Tap Allow to finish.
Open the Job Settings app
Turn on the notification system to receive and accept work.





1. Open the installed app on the screen, enter the company-approved ID and enter the personal password you set.
2. Job acceptance notification system
3. Tap Settings.
4. Fill in all fields.
Tap to turn on job notifications.
Tap Confirm
Tap Job
5. The system returns to the job acceptance page. The system is ready to accept the job.
Open the Job Settings app
Open the notification system to receive work.







1. Press Accept job, the system will send the order to the store.
2. View the route to the store or customer.
3. Riders can call to check the order directly with customers.
4. If the store or customer cannot be contacted, press Cannot contact the store (cancel order).
5. When arriving at the store, the rider checks the order list, pays according to the topic Rider pays the store as the system notifies.
6. The rider receives the food, informs the delivery time, press Store is in process.
7. The customer receives the product, press Customer has received food to complete the job. The system will return to the job acceptance page again.
In case the store cannot be contacted (the store has not yet pressed acknowledgement), please call the customer before pressing Cannot contact the store (cancel job) and give advice on buying from other stores in the H-system instead to maintain the H-system customer base together.
Rights received When customers order from other stores through H-system, we will receive savings back, compensation through the H-system.
Repayment
Repay without having to refund the entire amount, leaving a credit balance of 1 day so that drivers have money to use to take on more orders.



1. Tap View Job History
2. Under the Pending Payment List, select any payment amount.
3. Tap Transfer Money, select Bank Name KBANK for riders, and transfer the desired amount.
Driver H, notify the amount according to the slip.
Amount, only enter the number for the payment amount.
Payment Channel Transfer Money
Bank Name, select KBANK for riders.
Transfer Date, select the date that matches the transfer slip.
Transfer Time in the transfer document, the top box indicates the time, the bottom box indicates the minutes.
Image, attach a picture of the slip.
Check the information correctly and tap Transfer Money only once.
The driver returns to the View Job History page. When the delivery amount disappears, it is considered complete.
